Sandy Pep Rally (Japanese: 砂嵐時Ｐ技後素早↑ＧGroup Speed Boost After Pokémon Uses Move in Sandstorm) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the sync pair's Pokémon successfully uses a move while the weather on the field is a sandstorm, it has a chance to raise the user and its allies' Speed by one stat rank. The skill can range from Sandy Pep Rally 1 to Sandy Pep Rally 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Sandy Pep Rally 9 will always raise the user and its allies' Speed. Currently, only Sandy Pep Rally 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to all of the Pokémon's moves—including attack moves, status moves, and buddy moves—but not sync moves or max moves.
