Plot
Turtwig, Chimchar, and Piplup are playing ball together at the top of a hill, only for Chimchar to hit the ball far down the hill. The three try to chase it, only for the ball to ricochet off of a Diglett, leading them to the City of Time - where they are the only things moving, everything else in frozen time including other Pokémon. Chimchar decides to take advantage of the stopped time and play some pranks - taking a Buneary off of a seesaw and replacing them with a Graveler, replacing the ice cream that a Meowth was holding with an Aipom's tail, and moving a spilling can of paint to the roof of a building. However, the three notice a Munchlax pointing upwards and see that their ball was caught inbetween the hands of a large clock, and that was the cause of the stopped time. They climb on top of each other and use a long stick to free their ball, returning time to normal and the unfrozen Pokémon going about their day as if nothing had happened - unaware of Chimchar's pranks.
