Outsmart (Japanese: 相手失敗時特攻アップ Special Attack Boost When Opponent Fails) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When an opponent's attack move targeting the user's Pokémon misses, the user's Sp. Atk has a chance of being raised by one stat rank. The skill can range from Outsmart 1 to Outsmart 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of raising Sp. Atk. Outsmart 9 will always raise the user's Sp. Atk. Currently, only Outsmart 4 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
