Effect
When the sync pair successfully uses a move against an opponent, it has a chance of lowering the target's Attack, Sp. Atk, or both by one stat rank. The skill can range from Move on Opp: Attack ↓ &/ Sp. Atk ↓ 1 to Move on Opp: Attack ↓ &/ Sp. Atk ↓ 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Move on Opp: Attack ↓ &/ Sp. Atk ↓ 9 will always lower the target's Attack, Sp. Atk, or both. Currently, only Move on Opp: Attack ↓ &/ Sp. Atk ↓ 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to both the Trainer's and the Pokémon's moves, including 
buddy moves, but not sync moves or 
max moves.
