Effect

When the sync pair's Trainer uses a move, it has a chance of increasing the user's Sp. Atk by two stat ranks. The skill can range from Morale Boost+ 1 to Morale Boost+ 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a greater chance of activation. Morale Boost+ 9 will always raise the user's Sp. Atk by two stat ranks. Currently, only Morale Boost+ 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
