Human Records (Japanese: ニンゲンのきろく Human records) are a type of collectible in Pokémon Pokopia that expand upon the lore of the game. Some of these grant rewards such as an outfit or an emote when collected.

However, the environmental degradation is proceeding at a much quicker rate than we imagined. I doubt we'll be able to stay for long. I was originally slated to help survey the Fuchsia City area. I thought it would be an excellent opportunity to search for my lost Tangela, but... we discovered the Cerulean City area has a high chance of sinking into the ocean in the near future. Therefore, we made the decision to prioritize surveying here instead. Considering our current energy crisis, I do not know when we will be able to return to this planet. But I have not given up hope. On the space station we evacuated to, many of the younger individuals I've met believe there will come a day when we can once again live on this planet with our Pokémon. We must persist in our efforts—not only for our own sake but also for that hopeful younger generation."	???

When I went to check on him, I found he had brought a large amount of research materials and reports to his bed and had been poring over them. I suggested that he relax more given his condition, but he laughed and said "I'm still alive, and as long as I have a working brain, I'd be a fool not to use it!" This situation humanity has found itself in... has no easy solution. That is without a doubt. And yet, as I spend more time with The Professor, I find myself feeling strangely optimistic.
