Hold Hostage (Japanese: 相手交代禁止時威力↑ Power Boost When Opponent is Restrained) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the user's Pokémon attacks an opponent that is restrained, the power of the move is boosted by 10% per rank of this skill. This applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including 
buddy moves, but not sync moves or 
max moves.
