Effect
When the Pokémon successfully uses an attack move against an opponent that is poisoned or badly poisoned, it has a chance of lowering the target's Attack by one stat rank. Additionally, if the Pokémon successfully uses an attack move against an opponent that is paralyzed, it has a chance of lowering the target's Sp. Atk by one stat rank. The skill can range from Hit Poisoned Opp: Attack ↓ & Hit Paralyzed Opp: Sp. Atk ↓ 1 to Hit Poisoned Opp: Attack ↓ & Hit Paralyzed Opp: Sp. Atk ↓ 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Hit Poisoned Opp: Attack ↓ & Hit Paralyzed Opp: Sp. Atk ↓ 9 will always lower the target's Attack or Sp. Atk, depending on which status condition it is affected by. Currently, only Hit Poisoned Opp: Attack ↓ & Hit Paralyzed Opp: Sp. Atk ↓ 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including 
buddy moves, but not sync moves or 
max moves.
