Effect
When the Pokémon successfully uses an attack on the target, it has a chance of lowering the target's Sp. Def by six stat ranks. The skill can range from Hit: Sp. Def ↓6 1 to Hit: Sp. Def ↓6 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Hit: Sp. Def ↓6 9 will always lower the target's Sp. Def by six stat ranks. Currently, only Hit: Sp. Def ↓6 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including 
buddy moves, but not sync moves or 
max moves.
