Hit: Defense & Speed ↓ (Japanese: 攻撃時防御素早さ↓ Defense and Speed Reduction During Attack) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the Pokémon successfully uses an attack move against an opponent, it has a chance of lowering the target's Defense and Speed by one stat rank each. The skill can range from Hit: Defense & Speed ↓ 1 to Hit: Defense & Speed ↓ 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Hit: Defense & Speed ↓ 9 will always lower the target's Defense and Speed. Currently, only Hit: Defense & Speed ↓ 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including 
buddy moves, but not sync moves or 
max moves.
