Effect
The user's moves and sync moves are powered up by 10% per rank of this skill if the weather on the field of play is hail. This applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including 
buddy moves, but not 
max moves. Currently, only Hail: P-Moves ↑ & S-Moves ↑ 5 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
