Freeze-Dry (Japanese: フリーズドライ Freeze-Dry) is a damage-dealing Ice-type move introduced in Generation VI.
Effect
Freeze-Dry deals damage and has a 10% chance of freezing the target. Unlike other Ice-type moves, it deals super-effective damage to Water-type Pokémon, even during Inverse Battles or if the user has the Normalize ability.
