Release information
This card was included as a Regular card and a Full Art ultra rare card in the Destined Rivals expansion, first released in the Japanese Hot Wind Arena subset. Both prints feature artwork by Cona Nitanda.
This card is reprinted as a Regular card and a Full Art ultra rare card with new artwork by DOM in the Japanese Storm Emeralda expansion. This release updated the card's regulation mark from

Origin
This card may be based on Emcee's Chatter, a Supporter card from the HeartGold & SoulSilver Series that also draws at minimum 2 cards. Both cards appear related to Judge; Emcee's Chatter and Judge debuted in the same release, and Judge received a reprint with new artwork alongside the debut of Emcee's Hype.
