Effect
The first time the user enters the battlefield during a battle, the Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, Speed, accuracy, and evasiveness of all opponents will be lowered by one stat rank each per skill rank. Currently, only Debut: Team 7 Stats ↓ 1 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
