Cosmic Power (Japanese: コスモパワー Cosmo Power) is a non-damaging Psychic-type move introduced in Generation III. It was TR44 in Generation VIII.
Effect
Cosmic Power boosts the Defense and Special Defense of the user by one stage each.
If powered up by a Psychium Z into Z-Cosmic Power, the user's Special Defense stat rises another stage.

In Pokémon Rumble Rush, all status moves including Cosmic Power could only be used by opposing Pokémon and could not be obtained on any caught Pokémon. Cosmic Power could be seen as a move used by opposing Cosmoem.
