Cheer (Japanese: おうえん Cheer) is a skill in Pokémon Shuffle.
Effect

When activated, this skill places a yellow megaphone icon at the top-right of the board. (Cheer and Super Cheer use the same icon)
This icon will add 5% to the activation rate of the next match's skill. Afterwards, the icon is consumed, and will disappear.
- Activaion rates of 0% will not be boosted.
Any match of a Pokémon that has a skill will consume the icon, even if the icon would offer no benefit. For example:
- Matching a skill that has 0% activation rate.
- Matching a skill that already has 100% activation rate.
- Matching a skill whose conditions to activate are not met - for example, attempting to activate Dancing Dragons when no Dragon-type Pokémon are on the player's team.
Further, matches that occur as a result of a foe's disruptions will also consume the icon - despite not being under the player's control.
However, the following actions do not consume the icon:
- Matching a Pokémon that has already Mega Evolved (as they have a Mega Effect, but no skill).
- Matching Coins (as they have no skill).
- Making a move in a timed stage that does not result in a match (as no match has occurred).
Skill level growth
Increasing skill level will increase the activation rate.
