Effect
When the Pokémon leaves a defensive posture after nullifying damage from an opponent's attack move, the user's sync move countdown has a chance of being lowered by one. This skill can range from Block and Lunge 1 to Block and Lunge 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a greater chance of activation. Block and Lunge 9 will always reduce the sync move countdown.
