Arresting Glare (Japanese: 被物理攻撃時相手に素早さ↓ Speed Reduction on Opponent When Attacked by Physical Move) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the Pokémon is attacked by an opponent's physical move, it has a chance of lowering the target's Speed by one stat rank. The skill can range from Arresting Glare 1 to Arresting Glare 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Arresting Glare 9 will always lower the target's Speed. The skill applies to the opposing Pokémon's physical attack moves except sync moves and 
max moves.
