Ancient Power inflicts damage and has a 10% chance of raising the user's Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, and Speed by one stage each.

Ancient Power makes contact only in Generation III.

• Ancient Power is learned by every Fossil Pokémon and a large number of Legendary Pokémon.
• Ancient Power triggers the most Evolutions out of any Evolution-inducing move, at three.
• Ancient Power is the only move with the additional effect of raising all stats that wasn't removed in Generation VIII, possibly due to it being an Evolution requirement.
• Piloswine, which evolves into Mamoswine when leveled up knowing this move, has been able to learn it by breeding since the move's introduction in Generation II.
