Effect
When the user or an allied sync pair successfully activates a weather, terrain, or zone effect on the field of play, it has a chance of raising the user and its allies' Speed by one stat rank. The skill can range from Ally Sets WTZ: Team Speed ↑ 1 to Ally Sets WTZ: Team Speed ↑ 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Ally Sets WTZ: Team Speed ↑ 9 will always raise the user and its allies' Speed. Currently, only Ally Sets WTZ: Team Speed ↑ 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
