Effect

The first time the user's sync move is used in battle, the Normal Type Rebuff of all opposing sync pairs will be lowered. The amount the rebuff is lowered is equal to the skill rank, though currently, 1st S-Move: Team Normal Rebuff ↓ 1 is only available as a lucky skill.
