Release information

This card was made exclusively for the Template:Card GB for the Game Boy Color and was never printed as an actual card in any language.

  • This card displays a 'GB' symbol in place of the Expansion symbol, indicating it was created exclusively for the Game Boy.
  • This is one of the four Legendary Cards, which are central to the plot of Template:Card GB, and its sequel Template:Card GB 2.
  • This card uses the same stock Sugimori art of Zapdos that was previously used on the promotional phone card print of Zapdos.

The card's English Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Yellow, whereas the Japanese entry comes from Pokémon Red and Blue.
