Yoshitsugu Matsuoka (Japanese: 松岡禎丞 Matsuoka Yoshitsugu) is a Japanese seiyū for the Pokémon anime.
Biography
Matsuoka was born on September 17, 1986 in Obihiro, Hokkaido, Japan and became a seiyū as an adult. He joined the Pokémon anime during Pokémon Journeys: The Series, replacing Tatsuhisa Suzuki as Galar Gym Leader Raihan.
