Worry Seed (Japanese: なやみのタネ Worry Seed) is a non-damaging Grass-type move introduced in Generation IV.
Effect
Worry Seed temporarily changes the target's Ability to Insomnia. It does not work on Pokémon with Truant, Multitype or Stance Change Abilities.
With this effect, the target Pokémon cannot sleep and wakes up if already asleep.
