The Workout Sea (Japanese: ワークアウトの海 Workout Sea) is a part of the Isle of Armor in the Galar region. It connects to the Stepping-Stone Sea to its west, the Fields of Honor to its north, and Brawlers' Cave to its northeast.

Galarica Cuff NPC

This NPC will trade you 8 Galarica Twigs for the Galarica Cuff, which is needed to evolve a Galarian Slowpoke to a Galarian Slowbro. She is located in the southwest of the Workout Sea, on a large island with stone arches.

Lady Clear
