Woodruff (Japanese: モリオ Morio) is a one-time character in the Pokémon anime who appeared in the episode A Sappy Ending. His English voice actor is Dan Green and his Japanese voice actor is 中井和哉 Kazuya Nakai.

Woodruff first appeared telling Ash that he was free to catch the Heracross, but if he did he might be causing more harm to the forest than he knew, since the Heracross made tree sap available to the Butterfree. Woodruff introduced himself, stating that he was a ranger for the forest and wildlife bureau.
