This card was released as a promotional card. In Japan, it was awarded to those who won in the Japanese World Championship Conference tournaments. The card was never released in English.
This card was awarded to all the competitors from each {{tt|age division|Junior, Senior, and Master}} in the 2009 Japan World Championship representative tournament (equivalent of the National Championships outside Japan). There were 8 competitors in the Junior age division , 6 in the Senior age division and 6 in the Master age division. The card was only awarded to the competitors of the Trading Card Game and not to the competitors of the Video Game. The initial qualifying stage was held in all 47 prefectures, making it the largest domestic qualifying stage in the history of the Japanese TCG. The second stage was held in six regions. The final stage was held at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo on May 4, 2009. All finalists were eligible for entry to the [[2009 World Championships]].
