The Wish Stone is an item that only exists in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon. It is obtained on Wish Cave's 50F, and by rescuing Medicham in Wish Cave.
The item has only one use: to make Jirachi (the boss of Wish Cave) grant a wish rather than joining the team.
