Wedgehurst (Japanese: ブラッシータウン Brassie Town) is a small town located at the southern end of the Galar region. To the south is Route 1 and to the east is Route 2.

Wedgehurst Station is located in the southwest of the town.

The player can catch a train from this station to the following locations:

• Meetup Spot (Wild Area)
• Motostoke (once the player has visited Motostoke)
• Hulbury (once the player has visited Hulbury)
• Hammerlocke (once the player has visited Hammerlocke)
• Route 10 (once the player has visited Route 10)
• Wyndon (once the player has visited Wyndon)

Once the game has been updated to version 1.1.0, Klara^Sw/Avery^Sh will appear at the station, followed by a Galarian Slowpoke. Once the Slowpoke has been caught, Klara^Sw/Avery^Sh will board a train to the Isle of Armor and leave.

Wedgehurst in the anime

Wedgehurst appeared in JN043, where Goh visited Professor Magnolia's laboratory with Sonia. Soon after their arrival, a Wishing Star fell from the sky and crashed down before them. While Professor Magnolia told Goh about her Dynamax research, Sonia fashioned the Wishing Star into a Dynamax Band, which she gave to Goh. After spending a night at the laboratory, Goh and Sonia headed to Stow-on-Side together.

The town briefly reappeared in JN045, where Professor Magnolia and Sonia discussed the aftermaths of the Darkest Day, including Sonia having become a Professor herself.
