This card was reprinted in the Base Set 2 and Legendary Collection reprint sets, which were only released outside of Japan.
Trivia
In some English prints of this card, the HP symbol and the number 50 were in the wrong placement. The number would sometimes come first before the HP symbol.
Origin
Confuse Ray is a move in the Pokémon games that can be learned by Vulpix. The card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Red and Blue, though it is slightly reworded.
