Volcanic Pit (Japanese: だいちのそこ Bottom of the Ground) is a Friend Area in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team that is obtained once Groudon is recruited in the player's party. It is in the Volcano area, and has a capacity of only one Pokémon.

Geography

Volcanic Pit is a lava land with a small piece of cracked land edged with spikes. It is surrounded by magma and rocks.

In-game data

It is said that in the bowels of the Earth, where magma cascades in fiery streams, lives a Pokémon from mythical times.
