Villain event
Villain Event Prelude (Japanese: 悪の組織イベント 序章 Villainous Organization Event Prelude) is a type of limited-time event in Pokémon Masters EX. This event are the preludes to the [[Pokémon Masters EX]/Main Story|main story]] and focused on the villainous teams.
Looming Shadow of Kanto
This event ran from September 16 to October 16, 2021. This event is focused on Team Rocket. The "Red Poké Fair Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Red and Snorlax during the duration of the event and the "Blue Poké Fair Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Blue (Classic) and Aerodactyl beginning September 18.
All sync pairs with the Kanto theme skill received increased bonus to their Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk and Sp. Def stats when used for this event.
Battles rewarded players with Event Voucher S, which could be redeemed in the Shop. Additionally, Daily Extreme Battle could only be challenged once per day.
This event featured the Battle Challenge, where players were challenged to defeat a team of strong opponents. Players could complete event missions by clearing these areas with teams using various theme skills, earning Medals and other rewards.
