Victor (Japanese: ビクター Victor) is a character of the day in the Pokémon anime.
He appeared in the episode Tactics Theatrics!! as the assistant and judge for Tucker and Ash's battle, and surveyed the battle in a mobile hovering platform.
After Ash won the battle, Victor declared him the winner and Ash found the Tactics Symbol in his hat.
