Among the various events held over the course of the Stamp Rally, this card could be obtained by taking part in the JR Hokkaidō Pokémon Survey Team 2011 campaign, which ran from July 30 to August 21, 2011. Passengers taking part in the campaign were tasked to identify Pokémon or items in their guidebook, placing the correct stickers above the relevant description by deciphering the notes or finding the answer at select stations across the network. Those that correctly identified four were awarded this card by presenting their results at Sapporo Station.
