V-create (Japanese: Vジェネレート V-generate) is a damage-dealing Fire-type move introduced in Generation V. It is debatably one of Victini's signature moves, the other being Searing Shot. Unlike Searing Shot, however, V-create is an event-exclusive move.

Effect

V-create deals damage. However, it also lowers the user's Defense, Special Defense, and Speed by one stage each.

Description

Games Description
With a hot flame on its forehead, the user hurls itself at its target. It lowers the user's Defense, Sp. Def, and Speed stats.
