V-create (Japanese: ジェネレート V-generate) is a damage-dealing Fire-type move introduced in Generation V. In Generation VIII, it is one of the signature moves of Victini.

V-create deals damage, then lowers the user's Defense, Special Defense, and Speed stats by one stage each.

Victini Victini's ears ignite into flames. The flames then disappear, leaving a V-shaped yellow flame around its head and a red aura around Victini's body. Victini then rushes towards its opponent and headbutts it, causing a gigantic explosion.
