Actually, we're both wrong - at least with respect to ARM terminology. While in x86 terminology word and dword are correct, in ARM terminology, halfword and word are used instead. Consult section 1.1.2 of the official ARM7TDMI manual. - 刘 (劉) 振霖 13:04, 15 Feb 2005 (GMT)

In the interest of conforming to the most popular/familiar system it's probably better to use bytes, words, and dwords to describe unsigned values. Hell, even I'm not familiar with any part of ARM/THUMB or any of that GBA bric-a brac. Sheep 20:34, 15 Feb 2005 (GMT)

Pokemon Happiness

I noticed that you don't have a section for Generation I on the draft of the Happiness page. I wonder if we should consider adding Pokemon Yellow's Pikachu as an example of a prototype of the Happiness gauge and system later used in Gen II and Gen III? It's not quite the same thing, but there's a lot in common, and it's obvious that many things applied to Pikachu's mood in Yellow were later applied to all Pokemon in future games.

However, the distinction is a bit murky, what do you think?

Honestly, I don't know a thing about Generation II or Generation I. What you're saying is news to me, and I guess as long as you know how it works you should throw that in. It is certainly noteworthy. Sheep 21:07, 15 Feb 2005 (GMT)

Lay off the personal attacks on LX. I don't think I need to say more. Evkl 17:09, 27 Mar 2005 (UTC)
