Here are the rules of my talk page:

1. Please use English, it's the only language I am fluent in. (Duh!)

2. Use proper grammer. It's hard for me to understand you if you don't. I understand this might be difficult for you, but please try your best.

3. Please keep in mind, I go to school, so don't expect me to respond or get back on here until around 3:00 (EST).

4. If you would be so kind, please don't respond for me.

And obviously,

Please leave new messages at the bottom. Thank you.

Haunter

The decision was made, the page will remain Sabrina's Haunter, not Ash's. Changing links from Sabrina's Haunter to Ash's Haunter is a blatant violation of this decision, and can be considered as vandalism. If you continue to disregard the results of the vote, you will be blocked. Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 01:04, 2 January 2012 (UTC)

But we still have links to "Ash's Haunter." It wouldn't be fair if those links got to stay. And how the heck is my recent edit vandal-like? Vandalisim is when pages are hacked. サトシ 01:48, 2 January 2012 (UTC)
Vandalism is any addition, removal, or change of content in a deliberate attempt to compromise integrity... Some areas it's appropriate to link to Ash's Haunter, much like we do when a character catches a Pokémon, we don't immediately link to their article in a synopsis. If a statement is referring to before Ash's victory, it's his. If it's after the battle, or in general, it's Sabrina's. Ted Lewis falls under "in general." User:Satoshi101/Ursula's Plusle and Minun

Hi, please read this before making any page on a character's Pokémon. The page you made isn't notable. Thanks! -- ✔Poké.geek✔ 07:21, 5 January 2012 (UTC)

Edit warring

This is your final warning for edit warring. If someone undoes your edit and you disagree, bring it up on the article's talk page, and wait for a response or two before you even consider re-adding it. There is often a reason behind the reversion. Future edit warring will result in a block. Werdnae (talk) 18:40, 8 January 2012 (UTC)

Sorry, bad habit of mine. I just didn't know when I should use the talk page in situations like this. サトシ 18:43, 8 January 2012 (UTC)
Really? You don't know when? That's worrying. -- MAGNEDETH 23:59, 8 January 2012 (UTC)
What I meant is how many times I undo before it's edit warring. I thought it was just like 5 or more times. サトシ 02:21, 9 January 2012 (UTC)
Judging by the mess sprauling across three talk pages, I'll say it can take as little as one or two reverts to call it an edit war. Truthseeker4449 02:33, 9 January 2012 (UTC)
OK, thanks! サトシ 02:34, 9 January 2012 (UTC)

Page creation

Before creating a page, you need to do two things.

The first is find out if the page you're creating is notable. You want to make an anime page, so I would suggest asking Kenji-girl.
The second is learn how to edit the wiki. You've been on the site for a while, so its rather disappointing to see such an immense lack of quality.

Also, before you make any page, be sure to have at least an idea of what to put. One sentence is not enough to make an article. The initial revision of an article may be rough, but if you can't bother to put any information on the subject at all, then you have to ask yourself if it's worth making in the first place. -- MAGNEDETH 22:16, 22 January 2012 (UTC)

I am still working on it, I would never leave a page like that. I usually prefer to ask after I've finished my userspace prototype. サトシ 22:27, 22 January 2012 (UTC)
OK, maybe I should have used the sandbox. サトシ 22:29, 22 January 2012 (UTC)
No, you see you should have the info before you make the page at all. As I said, you don't make one sentence as a start. You should attemtpt to make one paragraph, at least. -- MAGNEDETH 23:49, 22 January 2012 (UTC)

Undubbed Characters

Before you undo my edit again, please stop and take a quick look at the rest of the undubbed characters. Characters only get a bolded name when their english name is revealed, otherwise that part is omitted. It may look a little awkward, but that's standard protocal here. --Pokemaster97 01:36, 3 February 2012 (UTC)

Iris

I agree with you about Iris. In mostly every episode, she calls Ash a little kid. That's really annoying. I know why you don't like her, because I think the same about it. Ash caught more Pokémon then her in the Unova region and she still calls him a little kid. Unless she caught more Pokémon off-screen, which I don't think never happened. --Station7 17:24, 28 February 2012 (UTC)

That's nice, I'm glad someone has actually read some of my userpage. サトシ 14:35, 29 February 2012 (UTC)

Userspace limits

Hi. I noticed you have been editing the User: namespace a lot recently. Please don't do it any more, though. Bulbapedia's Userspace policy restricts the amount you can edit your userpage: no more than three edits per day and make sure you contribute to our mainspace more than your userspace. This policy was instated to promote people helping out in the mainspace, and also to control strain on our server. Bulbapedia is an encyclopedia, after all, so help us out by contributing to some articles before coming back to your personal userpage. The more often you edit in the mainspace, the more you will be allowed to edit your userpage. Thanks! ----Pokemaster97 16:55, 29 February 2012 (UTC)

Oh sorry. While I am aware of the limit, I wasn't really keeping track of it. I'll try to contribute to the mainspace as much as I can. サトシ 22:15, 29 February 2012 (UTC)

Dent

Here's proof that it's not "Dento". They may pronounce it that way but please keep in mind that Japanese works differently than English. Thank you. --ケンジガール 02:06, 12 March 2012 (UTC)

Sorry, but I can't access that link you gave me. And why not Dento? After all, it is a Japanese name. サトシ 02:59, 12 March 2012 (UTC)
Perhaps this* can clarify. And besides, "Dent" is of western origin. It cannot be exactly spelled as "Dent" when it is rendered into Japanese*. --超龍對話 03:35, 12 March 2012 (UTC)

The Preview Button

Instead of editing a page several times in a row, try using the preview button to make sure your edit looks the way you want it to. It's right next to the Save Changes button... Please try it out, so as not to clog up the Recent Changes. Thanks! --Turtwig A (talk | contribs) 00:49, 5 May 2012 (UTC)

Yes, I'm aware of the preview button. I just happened to change my mind when I thought I made it up. But in the future, I'll just undo those edits. サトシ 01:06, 5 May 2012 (UTC)
Don't undo, that'll just make it worse. Just make sure that you have nothing else to edit really. Turtwig A (talk | contribs) 03:27, 5 May 2012 (UTC)
By undo, I meant re-edit the page. サトシ 05:58, 5 May 2012 (UTC)

Stop fighting

I don't know what this vendetta is against Kenji-Girl, but it needs to stop. -- MAGNEDETH 01:03, 10 June 2012 (UTC)

Copying Siganture

yes I did it incorrectly , sorry.(talk)

OK. But please make sure to sign your talk page posts correctly in the future. サトシ (talk) 21:29, 7 August 2012 (UTC)

yeah thank you. Alexsummer (talk) 00:41, 8 August 2012 (UTC)|talk]])

Misty's Team

Do you think that Misty's Pokemon :On hand section may be changed, because I think that she carry Azurill in the same way she carried Topepi so in On hand we may put just Azurill and the other pokemon are in roatiton. --Alexsummer (talk) 00:47, 8 August 2012 (UTC)

Misty isn't currently travelling with anyone or travelling at all, so all of her Pokémon are listed at "At Cerulean Gym" because she is currently residing there. サトシ (talk) 15:40, 8 August 2012 (UTC)
And please, try to use proper grammer. It's hard for me to understand if you don't. サトシ (talk) 15:40, 8 August 2012 (UTC)

Ok.If you think so.--Alexsummer (talk) 19:23, 8 August 2012 (UTC)

Pokemon Gender.

Hi.I think that Ash's Heracross Ash's Charizard Misty's Gyarados and Brock's Steelix gender should be added at their respective pages as male♂,because of their gender differences. What is your opinion? Alexsummer (talk)

Hi Satoshi, don't mind me. Alexsummer, Heracross, Gyarados, and Steelix were introduced in Generations before gender differences, so there is no absolute, concrete proof of them being either gender, and We don't have any of that same proof for either Charizard or Charla, unless the Japanese verison explicitly states their gender(s), or Attract is used by a Pokémon with a confirmed gender and it works/doesn't work, there is no proof. This is official policy, and you should stick to it. Otherwise, do not guess or assume genders based on evidence that doesn't apply to Pokémon that existed before the creation of such/is in a relationship with neither gender confirmed to our standards. Thank you.--Muk-a-matic-Maketh the Muk go round... (talk) 17:32, 9 August 2012 (UTC)

Yeah you'r right Muk-a-matic.Thank you anyway. Alexsummer (talk) --Alexsummer 17:43, 9 August 2012 (UTC)

Ash's pokemon team

Hi there Satoshi. After I saw Ash's pokemon in his page,I have the idea to change the section of his Unova team.So I think that we must write there :on hand and put there his Pikachu, because we know that Pikachu is always with Ash,and then add the currently in rotation section and put there he's Unova caught pokemons. If you see in Ash Ketchum page , just below the headline currently in rotation it says that : in Unova Ash does not keep ... he sends to prof.Juniper's lab his pokemon (with the exeption of Pikachu)...This why I have this idea. Alexsummer (talk) --Alexsummer 01:50, 11 August 2012 (UTC)

We actually had a BIG discussion about this. Pikachu is listed as "Currently in Rotation" because it would be silly to have just one Pokémon in the "On Hand" category. Not that your idea is bad, but it's already been discussed. サトシ (talk) 01:58, 11 August 2012 (UTC)
Ok then.Alexsummer (talk)

Caserin and Luverin

Hi Satoshi. Shouldn't Caserin and Luverin have different pages? They belong to different trainers. What do you think? Alexsummer 04:14, 16 August 2012 (UTC)

You do have a point. However, I'm sure there is a reason for them being one article. You should probably ask Kenji-girl about this. サトシ101 (talk) 22:23, 16 August 2012 (UTC)
Ok.I will,thank you. User:Alexsummer (talk) 02:22, 17 August 2012 (UTC)

Brycen

Just pointing out that Kirbopher IS a voice actor. His name is Chris Niosi, he voiced Khoury. Also, if you check his contribs, you'll see that he's been the source for several other voice actors already. - Blazios talk 20:17, 10 September 2012 (UTC)

Well how was I supposed to know that?! And, I don't really get your point. He was just a guest VA, how could he know Brycen's VA if he wasn't even there for that episode? I will accept Becker as Brycen for now, though. サトシ101 (talk) 00:33, 11 September 2012 (UTC)

Using proper explanations

Simply saying someone is a reliable source is not a proper form of defense. You need to provide a proper explanation, such as:

This person is an animator and actually does know the voice actors. Here is my proof:

It's like the story The Boy Who Cried Wolf. When too many people cry wolf, or claim they have information but won't provide a source, people start to not trust other people. Then when someone actually does have valid information, but they still don't provide proof, no one believes them. So my point is, you cannot just say that they're reliable. I don't know him. For all I know he could be lying. It wouldn't be the first time. Voice actors have been easy targets in the past for edit warring. That's why we have such strict rules for determining voice actors. So the next time you're in a dispute, back up your claims with feasible proof. Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 00:31, 8 March 2013 (UTC)

I'm sorry but I just got tired of saying the same thing over again. I know we've had erroneous VA claims in the past (I still regret believing that stupid Henrietta Million thing), and I agree with the strict primary source rule. As for Kirbopher, I felt the same way at first when someone defended his VA claim. I thought "Really? How the heck is some random user a reliable source?" I went to his talk page ready to confront him on playing by ear, but when I did so, Blazingfist messaged me that Kirbopher is an official source, as he has been a voice actor for the anime before. I checked his talk page and found that was true. His real name is Christopher Niosi, the English VA of Khoury. Embaressed, I started taking his edits as fact and defended them whenever someone reverted it (believing he was guessing). I am positive he is not guessing for three reasons:
1. He provided a source for Iris' voice on her talk page (contacted her).
2. Since he has worked with Tom Wayland before, he likely has contact with him. Other VA's are an official source, after all.
3. The info he provides is always accurate. All KG has had to fix is the different alias Tom may have given her. Yes, he rarely encloses a source in his edit summaries, but that is because he doesn't know very much about editing on Bulbapedia.
Again, I'm sorry for not providing a thorough source explanation; I hope this is good enough. If not, then I guess I'm wrong. サトシ101 (talk) 02:25, 8 March 2013 (UTC)
