Explantation

• I was fixing two sections, and on the type effectiveness I originally forgot Normal types correction, some idiot added loads of spaces in the base stats and type effectiveness sections, ruining the page. Vinela the Meganium (talk) 18:57, 3 August 2014 (UTC)

That's ok. Also, there may be times when you can't check certain things with the Preview button, like for example, redirects. If you intend to have a page redirect to another page, you have to save the page first to see if it works. If it doesn't, you try to fix it, and then provide an edit summary to explain why multiple edits were made.

I know you're just starting out, so don't worry. No one is perfect when they're just getting started. Just read the Manual of style and other guides of Bulbapedia and you'll be fine. --リック EO (Open for discussion) 02:33, 4 August 2014 (UTC)

Giving out warnings for consecutive editsorrect WC text

It's not necessary to give out a warning for excessive consecutive edits when a user has only made three-in-a-row. It shouldn't be used unless they have made four or more in a row, or are consistently doing three or more. Also, it's generally better to use {{Preview button}}, but it is acceptable to do it manually as you did. --SnorlaxMonster 10:38, 17 August 2014 (UTC)

The reason why I gave the warning was because I looked at the past contribs of this user and saw multiple edits in a row to a few pages previously in addition to the three recent edits. Apparently, this user wasn't told yet. --リックEO (オープン for discussion) 23:13, 17 August 2014 (UTC)

Sandbox Request

Hello, Rikeo. I would like to request that the redirect on User:Rikeo/Sandbox be removed as it is showing up on Special:DoubleRedirects. This is part of Special:SpecialPages and falls under an exception on editing another user's userspace, but I feel that it would be better to explain first and give you time to adjust the page.
