The link is on my user page. It's Pokémon Elite. You go to sprite resource, then to The Diamond and Pearl: Icons (Animated). After that, you click on the Pokémon you wan to upload (or right-click and select 'Save Target As' and save the icon.) After that, upload them as 'Ani(national dex number)MS.gif' and then you should be able to use them on your page.
