What specifically did you need help doing? Let me give you the basics about Bulbapedia:

1. Always follow the manual of style.
2. Most articles are linked to using brackets. For example; [[Ash Ketchum]]. If you want it to say simply Ash, you would type [[Ash Ketchum|Ash]].
3. In many instances, there are several link templates that are used to link to specific articles, such as Pokémon, moves, etc. For more information, visit the page on Shortlinks.

You need to go to the Bulbagarden Archives. There, you can make an account under the same name. Then, click the Upload file.

You could move this talk page to an archive, like User talk:Moisesmorales/Archive 1, that way you can have a fresh start. But you do have to link to your old archive.
