No, it doesn't. Not always. People who play games and read the manga but don't care about the anime will always mean Blue's sister when referring to Daisy. She meets all the criteria for the disambig! If she was... some very minor character from spin-off game or some cameo character, then the "If you were looking" notice would be enough. But Daisy Oak IS AN IMPORTANT CHARACTERS, so she deserves a disambig. Just because you think that she is not an important character does not mean that she really isn't one. My solution (leave the disambig alone) is the best option because it DOES NOT supreme any of the characters.
