Re:Debug menu?

That was something I believed to have found when messing around with soundbanks. When you enter the codes 0101EFC0, 0101F0C0 on the introduction the game freezes at the Game Freak screen, and changing them to a valid soundbank e.g. 011FEFC0, 011FF0C0 keeps you on the Game Freak screen, but causes an 'item get' jingle. I thought it was a menu, but it seems to be just a glitch (this doesn't work on Red/Blue). Sometimes when you use an invalid soundbank, you can not only freeze the game but cause messages like "(X) is trying to learn!" to appear. I think I was probably getting one of those messages, but it was impossible to read because the game font wasn't loaded yet. That was why I made the video private unless somebody wanted to look into it, because it was speculation and misleading. If you want to, I'll add your Youtube (Rekcahrepyh?) as being able to view it.

Signature

Hi! I'd like to let you know that Bulbapedia's signature policy requires that a user's signature reflect their user name at least in part (recognizably, in short).
