Few things

  • Don't sign after you have forgotten to, it give off the wrong timestamp.
  • Before putting the {{delete}} tag on every page, discuss it on the talk page first. Or better yet, discuss with an admin, which you've already done.

Thank you for reading--ForceFire 03:22, 24 March 2012 (UTC)

OK thanks. I always forget to sign (same on Wikipedia) but that's just a failure of the MediaWiki software. (Heck I don't know if you'll even seen this post or if I'm supposed to write on your talk page or what.) I'll make sure I don't double-edit in future. Regarding deletion, again I just assumed that since I was able to add a delete tag, it was fine to do so and that was the way to bring it to the attention of other users. Apologies. And stop pushing your site to be made into an article. That's advertising by a Site owner, and can get you blocked again. please edit other parts of the site neutrally, or go stay on your own site. And where are you getting your site's popularity numbers?--Muk-a-matic-Maketh the Muk go round... 03:30, 24 March 2012 (UTC)

Thanks for contacting me. I am not trying to advertise my site, I just felt it should be listed among the other sites there. If you want evidence of popularity check rankings on alexa.com e.g. [1]. Compare to other popular sites on the graph, here's an example with some others. Even if you take their numbers with a pinch of salt, we're clearly amongst those great sites. As far as I can tell there is no set criteria for website notability, everyone else has just added random sites that never seemed to be popular or notable in particular, half of the ones there only say "this is a website that was around for a few years and closed". April Fools 2012

We won't make that yet until the day ticks over. This way, we have all the information we need.--ForceFire 09:21, 1 April 2012 (UTC)

With all due respect, what the heck does it matter? It can just be updated throughout the day. Also it was already the end of April Fools in many places, and currently the end in everywhere except America. - unsigned comment from DisgruntledGoat (talkcontribs)
First off, sign your comments.
Second, America is a big place, and there's a lot of people here. Are you insinuating we should spoil April Fools for people in, say, Uruguay, just because April Fools is over in New Zealand? That seems rather impolite.
Third, the good people of Niue haven't even woke-up yet, so they still have a whole day of April Fools, and they're not in America. Think before you speak (and then when you do speak, sign your comments). -- MAGNEDETH 16:27, 1 April 2012 (UTC)
(1) It's hard to remember to do that every single time I comment, but I try. As I mentioned above it's really a failing in MediaWiki; shoehorning comments into the same workflow as the regular wiki editing is silly (as many others out there agree).
(2&3) Dunno why I added that bit as it doesn't matter. My point was it *doesnt* matter where anyone is in the world. Why does it "spoil" things? If people don't want to know what April Fools are on certain sites then they won't view the page. But it's great for those that are interested in seeing what pranks are pulled, *while they are still live*. Remembering to sign ;) DisgruntledGoat 19:07, 1 April 2012 (UTC)
A lot of people don't seem to have a problem signing their comments, so I don't think this is a problem with MediaWiki.
I can't figure out if you don't like April Fools, or just don't understand it... -- MAGNEDETH 21:06, 1 April 2012 (UTC)
