Legendaries

I have a level 70 Mewtwo sitting in my FireRed cartridge. I don't have a mew. I'm looking for the hard to find legendaries such as Latias/Latios, Jirachi, Suicune, etc. Mind you, they're often hacked on GTS, so I'm quite wary of them.
