If memory serves, one can find level 4 Kirlia via Pokeradar in Diamond and Pearl. All one needs to do is catch a male one and use a Dawn Stone on it, and you got a level 4 Gallade. Adding onto the list of level 5 fully evolved Pokémon, Gyarados is capturable at level 5 in the Lake of Rage in HGSS. Or at least, I believe it goes that low... lowest I've found them so far is 10. I think there's also other underleveled Pokémon with that level limit in HGSS, but it might be something like around level 7 or so instead of ~5. D: ▫▪Ťïňắ 18:20, 1 December 2009 (UTC)
