By creating your account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. Before you jump in, here are some ground rules:

  • Be nice to everyone. It's in the code of conduct.
  • Make good edits. Preview them before you save to make sure they're perfect the first time around.
  • Use wikicode and link templates when adding content to a page.
  • Use proper grammar and spelling, and read the manual of style.
  • You can't create a userpage until you've added to the encyclopedia. It's a privilege. See the userspace policy.
  • Use talk pages to resolve editing disputes. Don't "edit war," or constantly re-edit/undo the same thing on a page.
  • If you have a question about something, be proactive. Take a look at our FAQ. If you're still stuck, ask for help. The staff won't bite.
  • Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.
  • For more handy links, see the welcome portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

The Preview Button

Instead of editing a page several times in a row, try using the preview button to make sure your edit looks the way you want it to. It's right next to the Save Page button. Please try it out, so as not to clog up the Recent Changes. Also, if you want to edit multiple sections of the page, make sure that you click "edit this page" at the top of the page rather than editing it by section. Shuffle Update

Major update just arrived on the eShop for Shuffle. Heard that it's adding the ability to save teams among other things. I'm looking up the information on this myself, but wanted to point it out in case you weren't yet aware. CycloneGU (talk) 01:43, 10 January 2018 (UTC)

Thank you for the heads up! I've gone ahead and added all the info I could find. However, due to Miiverse's closure I can't get a screenshot of the new title screen. Do you know anyone who could add that to the page?
Additionally, it seems like some skill descriptions were changed and new skills were added, but I'm waiting on more info about that. Boblers (talk) 09:03, 10 January 2018 (UTC)
It looks like that was pulled overnight. I usually hang around in a Discord server where I get information, and usually ut's that same information that gets onto Reddit at some point, so I use it as a means to check anything before putting it here if I don't get it myself directly. What interests me is this new ranking system; they waited until all but 7 Pokémon were out to do this? LOL The knowledge that the other Celebration Pikachu will be in line with the already-released ones is cool as well, as now everyone gets one chance each year to get every single one; I'm not sure if we should put them all on the list yet (I've placed the Lion Dancer because the image is in the game now), but at least we know when the others will be coming and can update accordingly. I'll edit them in hidden later. CycloneGU (talk) 16:51, 10 January 2018 (UTC)
Just to clarify on my note on the "erroneous" count in 1.5.0, I meant to say that the count changes to its proper value when you update to 1.5.1. In my case, it said my count was 758 in 1.5.0, but once I updated to 1.5.1 it said my count was 769. I definitely didn't catch 11 Pokémon with new list numbers in that time, so it was most likely an error with the count. A notice that pops up when up when on 1.5.0 also says that some data won't display correctly unless the game is updated to 1.5.1, so I assume it was referring to this. Just tossing it out there, this Reddit thread appears to corroborate Boblers' interpretation, and this comment seems to give an explanation for why it happens (although I'm not sure whether that user is just speculating or knows for sure). Pumpkinking0192 (talk) 21:00, 10 January 2018 (UTC)
