:::Okay, I think the situation would (hopefully) improve some if someone broke down the rules around here for you. The reason why you are not allowed to create a userpage yet is because you are new, and that is a privilege that is earned, after you are here for a certain amount of time and make a certain amount of edits to the mainspace. Now, I am {{t|Psychic}} and I know what your next question is going to be: "How many edits, and how much time?" The truth is, it is automatically determined by the software. The reason that this policy was put in place is because a while back (before my time, I don't know how much), a whole bunch of users were treating Bulbapedia like it was a social networking site, and only making enough edits to the mainspace in order to be able to edit their userpages, and then not contributing to the mainspace anymore, doing nothing but editing their userpages. This caused the servers to experience an incredible amount of strain, and led to the admins taking away the ability to edit the userspace for '''''EVERYBODY''''' for a while. The [[Bulbapedia:Userspace_policy|current policy around here]] states that you can only edit your {{tt|userspace|which includes your userpage and any subpages}} three times a day, and in addition, creating a userpage in the mainspace like you did is a violation of the userpage policy. I would not go yelling at [[Staff]] like {{u|Jello}} like you did, as that can earn you a ban or a block, if you persist. As much as you may not like her deleting your page like that, she was perfectly within her rights as an Admin to do so, and as much as you may not like hearing this, she was right to do it. The reason that the staff have the powers that they do is to help the rest of us to follow the rules around here. I would suggest that you be a little bit less arrogant, and more humble, and that you find a constructive way to contribute to the mainspace for a while. For example, you could check out the [[Special:Wantedpages|list of wanted articles]], or if you don't feel comfortable starting from scratch, you can try fixing some [[:Category:Stubs|stub articles]]. By creating your account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. Before you jump in, here are some ground rules:

  • Be nice to everyone. It's in the code of conduct.
  • Make good edits. Preview them before you save to make sure they're perfect the first time around.
  • Use wikicode and link templates when adding content to a page.
  • Use proper grammar and spelling, and read the manual of style.
  • You can't create a userpage until you've added to the encyclopedia. It's a privilege. See the userspace policy.
  • Use talk pages to resolve editing disputes. Don't "edit war," or constantly re-edit/undo the same thing on a page.
  • If you have a question about something, be proactive. Ask for help. The staff won't bite.
  • Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.

Belongs in the User: namespace. Since you are a new user, you will not be able to create a user page until you make some constructive edits and have been here for a certain time. Don't exactly understand what's to be done and what's not to. What can I do ? What can I not? It said on my page not to mess with my stuff. I don't know if people will do that or not, but don't play around with me.
