Dude, chill. Either go and learn the rules or quit complaining. I'll help you. Seriously. We can be study buddies. --DialgaRULES 21:41, 7 December 2008 (UTC)
Now, I guess. What questions do you have? --DialgaRULES 21:54, 7 December 2008 (UTC)
Well, there's this thing with Bulbapedia. It happened a couple of months ago, I hadn't even registered yet. There was this big thing with the Editorial Board getting all paranoid with all this userspace stuff. So they locked it. When we came out of the lock, they put all these new restrictions. I think the reason why they didn't want pictures is because it took too long for people with Dial up (like me) to load the pages. And for that weird way, I think it was always like that. Go figure. --DialgaRULES 22:01, 7 December 2008 (UTC)
Perhaps I can answer that question. Pre-signature policy, there were an awful lot of signatures that cluttered pages up pretty nastily. Most of them weren't massive, but when every user was doing it, it really screwed over a bunch of pages. Stuff loaded slow, it was hard to find comments, etc...
Bulbapedia's servers aren't as big as some other wikis of this size, so images and stuff of that sort caused noticeable lag to pages, and often to the site itself.
On that note, the userspace deal happened later on; that was actually due to too many people editing their own userpages, and not the rest of the wiki. It would actually crash the servers on a weekly basis. >.<
I responded to your comment on my page, by the way. If you've got more questions, I'd be happy to answer them as well. -- Jïörüjï Ðērākō.>.cнаt^ 22:06, 7 December 2008 (UTC)
Yeah, just so you know, the server time is UTC (which is your time when it's spring, summer, and autumn (autumn is a funny word, we don't use it in California). I think the day turns over at 01:00 (or 1:00 AM) in the winter for you. But when it's summer, it'll be midnight so you won't have to worry. The luck of the English. For me it changes over at 3 PM. BTW, you'd better add both of us to the nice people list. Or else you will feel the wrath of the University of California and California State University's American football teams (Otherwise known as the Bears) --DialgaRULES 22:13, 7 December 2008 (UTC)
Well, actually, not adding me wouldn't incur the wrath of anything in particular. =P -- Jïörüjï Ðērākō.>.cнаt^ 22:23, 7 December 2008 (UTC)

Wii Music

You like Wii Music too? Cool! What's your favorite instrument on it?--RexRacer -talk 21:43, 7 December 2008 (UTC)

I think that the entire concept is cool. You can play air guitar and it actually makes a noise!--RexRacer -talk 21:58, 7 December 2008 (UTC)

Critical Messages(anyone is this category, loosen up!)

Comments

Do note that you shouldn't remove comments from talk pages (not even your own talk page), unless you're archiving them. Comment removal on Bulbapedia is generally reserved for sysops only, and only in cases of spam/vandalism. -- Jïörüjï Ðērākō.>.cнаt^ 20:48, 7 December 2008 (UTC)

Signatures

I'm sorry, but signature templates are against Bulbapedia's signature policy. Editing a signature template can cause stress on the server, and signature templates are prone to vandalism. You're going to have to hard-code your signature into your preferences.

And you can't put images in your signature, either. Images are also not allowed in signatures as per the signature policy. --Shiningpikablu252 16:08, 6 December 2008 (UTC)

I know how much you'll hate this, but...

Slow down on editing the User: namespace. There are only three userspace edits allowed per day, and you have gone over the limit. Editing your userpage too much will lead to it being locked again. Instead of making multiple small edits, why not instead use the preview button (Alt + Shift + P) to check your edits before saving the page? Thank you. --UltimateSephiroth (about me · chat · edits) 21:56, 7 December 2008 (UTC)
