Berry location template

The paramters are:

• Gen3: makes Gen III games/locations disappear from table if set to no
• RSE1, RSE2, RSE3 : locations in RSE
• FRLG1, FRLG2, FRLG3 : locations in FRLG
• 3wild1, 3wild2, 3wild3 : held item rows
• mini1, mini2, mini3 : locations in Gen III minigames
• orre1, orre2, orre3 : locations in Orre
• DPPt1, DPPt2, DPPt3, DPPt4 : locations in DPPt
• HGSS1, HGSS2, HGSS3 : locations in HGSS
• 4wild1, 4wild2, 4wild3 : held item rows
• Walk1, Walk2, Walk3, Walk4 : locations in Pokéwalker
• PBR1, PBR2, PBR3 : locations in PBR
• MD1, MD2, MD3 : locations in MD

The defaults have all been removed. Rows for 3wild, mini, orre, 4wild, Walk, PBR and MD will disappear if no locations are entered. The template has a commented-out section for Black and White, at the bottom of the list.

Added sections for MD and genV games. I've got no ideas for a better design, but I do think it needs one.

expanded sprite box

This is an expanded sprite box to accomodate differences between backsprites in games of the same generation. It uses modified versions of the existing subtemplates, coded to work for all different formes. Only the gen IV no gender differences subtemplate has been set up to work, so the others are all currently out of line. The headers are as they will be once the sprites are correct.
